Once the design shape has been perfected, we use our computer to render a precise technical drawing of the shell casing. At this time we correct any design flaws or defects that were not apparent in the sample.

From the computer images we develop plastic injection molds — constructed forms that fit within the plastic injection machine and allow for the rapid forming and cooling of multiple product blanks — for use in mass production.
